Performance Improvements

Within the marketing beta, we've found that the performance made it difficult to use and create the campaigns that you need to help grow your program. We dedicated time to improving the performance so that it didn't create friction within your user experience.

With the new changes you will not only see a boost to performance, but also we've improved the experience for those with multiple attendees. The placeholders within the campaign will now conjoin the relevant attendees and their information for both the subject and body of the email.

NOTE: There have been some changes to the behaviour of campaigns. We now only support sending emails to the contact and NOT the attendee. We have made this change due to the nature of opt-in / opt-out features are only available for contacts. To protect recipients email addresses and avoid your emails being marked as spam, we believe that recipients should have the right to opt out of receiving emails.

View Recipients

You can now view and search your recipients for each campaign before you send it. You will now be able to see who you are sending to with their email and which conditions relate to them.
