Introducing Citrus Pro: One Plan, Everything Included
We've simplified our pricing to a single plan. Citrus Pro includes every feature: memberships, session credits, private bookings and appointments, event feedback, and unlimited team members and events. Pay monthly with no contract, or annually and save. See the details on our pricing page.
New programs choose monthly or annual billing when they sign up, and every new program gets one-to-one onboarding with our team.
More Features on Your Current Plan, at No Extra Cost
If you're on one of our earlier plans, you keep your plan and your price, and every Citrus Pro feature is now included on it. There's nothing you need to do. Your dashboard will show a short note the next time you sign in.
If your program isn't currently on a plan, you can join Citrus Pro any time from Settings → Billing.
Additional Improvements
- Sending feedback requests for a single event now works as expected.
- Turning off live recipient info in a campaign now also hides it in the sent message preview.
- Contacts whose email addresses differ only by capital letters are now recognized as the same person, so duplicates aren't created.
- Fallback text in email personalization is now capitalized correctly when it starts a sentence.
