This release adds outbound webhooks so you can connect Citrus to your own tools, gives coupons precise audience targeting, and continues our investment in speed across the platform.
- Outbound webhooks with endpoint management and delivery history
- Coupons restricted to new customers or first-time members
- Improved ad and traffic source attribution
- Clearer preregistration reservations
- A faster inbox, notifications, and event lists
Outbound Webhooks
Citrus can now push events to your own systems as they happen, letting you connect Citrus to the tools you already use instead of checking for changes yourself.
Endpoints are managed from a new Manage Webhooks page in your settings, where you can choose which events each endpoint receives, manage its signing secret, and review a full delivery history.
Coupons for New Customers and New Members
Coupons can now be restricted by who is redeeming them. Limit a welcome discount to first-time customers, or a membership promotion to first-time members, so your offers reach exactly the audience you intend.
Improved Ad Attribution
Campaign performance now reflects the true source of each registration, with UTM parameters, ad click IDs, and referrers carried through from a visitor's first click to a completed order.
This traffic source data is also available through the Citrus API, where it can be filtered by UTM parameter, click ID, and referrer.
Clearer Preregistration Reservations
Preregistration items are now kept in their own order and presented as reserved, so participants holding a spot can see their reservation at a glance.
A Faster Platform
This release continues a sustained run of performance work, with a faster inbox and conversation list, quicker notifications, and more responsive event lists for programs with large catalogs.
