This release gives session credits proper types with per-option eligibility, organises storefront location filters by city group, and expands the Citrus API reference with a full webhook guide.
- Session credit types, managed from a new settings page
- Registration options that accept only the credit types you choose
- Storefront location filters grouped by city
- A webhook integration guide and self-describing API keys
- Correct Manitoba times after the November 1 permanent time change
Session Credit Types
Session credits now have proper types, managed from a new Credit Types page in your settings. You can create the types that match how you actually sell — a drop-in credit, a private lesson credit, a clinic credit — name them, and choose which one is your default.
Each registration option can then state which credit types it accepts, so a credit bought for one kind of session can only be spent on that kind. At checkout, a customer is offered the credits that are actually eligible for the option they picked, rather than everything in their balance. Every credit type also shows you exactly which options and events currently accept it, so you can see what a type is used for before you change or retire it.
Location Filtering by City Group
Storefront location filters are now organised by the city groups you configure, rather than listing every venue individually. Programs running across a region can group their venues the way their customers think about them, and each venue shows the group it belongs to in the filter — so a family browsing your storefront can narrow to their area in one step.
A Richer API Reference
The Citrus API documentation now includes a full webhook integration guide, covering how to receive events, verify they came from Citrus, and handle retries. An API key can also describe itself now, so an integration can confirm which program and permissions it is operating with before it does anything. The documentation is easier to find, too, including for AI assistants working against your dashboard or storefront.
A Faster, Steadier Platform
This release continues our ongoing performance and reliability work. Several of the busiest parts of the platform now respond noticeably faster, and we have made the way traffic is routed to Citrus more resilient, so brief hiccups during a deploy or a traffic spike are far less likely to be something your customers ever notice.
Additional Improvements
- Manitoba programs will keep showing the correct local times after the province stops changing its clocks on November 1
- Appointment booking windows now include the whole of the first available day, so the earliest slots are no longer cut off
- Fixed a rare issue during program setup that could create a duplicate payment account
- Session credit type usage is now navigable — click through from a credit type to the options that accept it
- Smaller storefront and dashboard fixes, including more consistent event times and improved screen reader navigation
