This release makes memberships easier to manage, from collecting payment ahead of a start date to updating many members at once, and gets returning families through checkout faster.
- Take payment now for a membership that starts later
- Bulk cancel and change package on the memberships list
- Log in right on the email step of registration
- More reliable refund-policy warnings
- Faster reports, membership lists and package pages
Take Payment Now for Memberships That Start Later
When you add a membership that starts on a future date, you can now choose Take payment now. The family pays up front, and the membership still begins on its scheduled start date rather than right away. It's ideal for collecting fees ahead of a new season or term.
We also fixed an issue where choosing to start a membership Immediately late in the evening could record the wrong start date for programs in some time zones.
Update Many Memberships at Once
The memberships list now supports bulk actions. Select several memberships and cancel them, or move them all to a different package, in one step instead of opening each one. Citrus shows you how many were updated when it's done.
Log In Without Leaving Checkout
Families who already have an account can now log in right on the email step of registration, without being sent to a separate page. Returning families get through checkout faster, with fewer chances to lose their place.
A Faster Platform
This release continues our ongoing performance work. The marketing acquisitions report, the memberships list and session package pages all load noticeably faster, and the platform is steadier during busy periods.
Additional Improvements
- The refund-policy warning now checks every event in an order, including events that have already started, so you're reliably told when a refund falls inside your policy window.
- Contacts you imported can now set a password and log in, instead of hitting a dead end on password reset.
- The dashboard now picks up new versions automatically, so you'll no longer see “Loading chunk failed” errors after we release an update.
- Stripe processing fees are now recorded on payments more reliably.
- The client survey card has been removed from the dashboard header now that the survey has closed. Thank you again to everyone who responded.
- Various stability improvements and bug fixes throughout the platform.
