This release lets you bring existing memberships into Citrus without charging them again, gives you more control over your storefront branding and images, and makes payment plan costs clearer at every step.
- Import existing memberships as already active, with a billing start date you choose
- Header text colour and logo tone controls for your storefront
- Optimised program images with better upload and cropping
- The full charge and fee stated on every payment plan installment
- A collapsible, resizable dashboard sidebar
Import Existing Memberships
Members who are already paying you somewhere else can now be brought into Citrus without being charged again. A membership can be transferred in as already active, so the member keeps their standing from day one and no payment is taken at the point of transfer.
You can also set the date the next billing cycle starts, so a member moving over mid-month is charged when they expect to be rather than immediately. Together these make moving an existing membership base into Citrus a much less disruptive exercise for you and for your members.
More Branding Control
You now have finer control over how your storefront header looks. Set the header text colour to whatever reads best against your background image, and choose the tone of your logo and icons so they stay legible on light or dark headers rather than disappearing into them.
Better Program Images
Image uploading and cropping have been overhauled. Images you upload are optimised automatically, so program photos look sharper on your storefront while loading faster, and the upload screens now tell you what size and shape work best before you commit to an image.
Clearer Payment Plan Costs
Every payment plan surface now states the full amount being charged and the fee included in it, on each individual installment rather than only on the total. Customers can see exactly what will come off their card and when, and your staff can answer questions about an installment without working the numbers out by hand.
A Collapsible Sidebar
The dashboard sidebar can now be collapsed and resized, so you can give the page itself more room when you are working through a long list or a wide report. Hover states throughout the navigation are stronger too, making it clearer where you are about to click.
A Faster Platform
This release continues our ongoing performance work. Program activity and the registration report load noticeably faster, and your storefront should feel quicker across the board.
Additional Improvements
This release also includes several other enhancements and fixes:
- Duplicating an event now applies your default sales end preference to every registration option it creates, instead of leaving them to be set one at a time.
- Clearer wording and layout on resource requirements, so it is easier to tell what an event actually needs.
- More reliable acquisition reporting, with automated traffic separated from real visitors and mobile sessions attributed correctly.
- Fixed dates and times occasionally displaying differently on Safari than elsewhere.
- Accessibility improvements across the storefront and dashboard, including heading structure and page labelling.
- Various stability improvements and bug fixes throughout the platform.
