No. The plan price is the whole software cost: no setup fee, no charge per registration, no contract. The only other cost is payment processing, 4.9% + $0.55 per transaction, which you can pass to your customers at checkout.

No. If you are a Citrus client today, you keep your current plan and your price. You can move to Citrus Pro any time; just ask us.

Two ways. The most common is a button on your current website that sends customers to your Citrus storefront to register. The second is embedding Citrus event cards right into your website, so customers see your programs without leaving the page. The links and embed code are in your settings.

Yes. API access and outbound webhooks are included, so your own systems, or your own AI agent, can read your data and get notified the moment something happens.

Unlimited. You can also set permissions by role, so you decide who is allowed to do things like process a refund.
