Citrus Sports Software is operated by Citrus Technology Inc., Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
What we send
We send one-to-one text messages, written by a member of our team, to people who have given us their mobile number directly: business owners and staff who have spoken with us or booked a demo, and current Citrus customers. We use SMS to confirm and follow up on demos and onboarding meetings, answer account and support questions, and continue conversations that started on a call or by email. Every message is written by a person. We do not send automated, scheduled, bulk or promotional messages.
How you give consent
You consent to receive text messages from us by giving us your mobile number directly and agreeing, on a call or in a meeting, that we may follow up by text. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Our messages are conversational rather than scheduled, so the number you receive depends on the conversation.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging charges apply to messages you send and receive.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from that number. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START to resume.
