Enforce Age Ranges on Your Options
Registration and appointment options now have an Enforce age range setting. When it's on, families can't register, join the waitlist, switch into, or book an option if their child falls outside its age range. Age is measured on the first day of the class, or on the day of the appointment. Options you already have aren't affected: age ranges stay as recommendations until you turn enforcement on.
You and your team can still register any child from the dashboard. Citrus shows a warning instead of blocking you, so you can make exceptions when you need to.
One Simple Way to Log In or Sign Up
Families now start with just their email address. If they already have an account, they enter their password. If not, they create one right on the same page. There's no more guessing whether to choose “Log in” or “Sign up”. Families who try to reset a password for an email with no account are now offered a quick way to create one.
A Redesigned, Searchable Settings Page
Settings are now grouped into clear sections: Your account, Program, Registration, Packages & resources, Payments, and Developers. Every page uses the same layout. You can search for any individual setting (try “5 star” to find your Google review link), and a new overview page flags anything that needs your attention. Your existing links to settings pages keep working.
Book Several Children Into One Appointment Slot
Appointments that use shared resources now accept multiple bookings in the same slot, up to the resource's capacity. A spot is held once it's paid for, so an abandoned checkout no longer blocks another family from booking.
Additional Improvements
- Private bookings with custom questions can now be submitted, and required questions are checked before an appointment is booked from the dashboard.
- Daily and weekly appointment booking limits now follow your program's time zone.
- Refunded and disputed orders now keep their correct amounts, and disputes are no longer duplicated.
- Registering someone manually without a contact now shows a clear message instead of an error.
- Your storefront banner image is no longer cropped on mobile.
- Adding a divider at the end of the email editor no longer inserts an empty link.
- The Search and Feedback buttons in the dashboard sidebar have a cleaner, more consistent look.
- Online payments now process faster.
- Various stability improvements and bug fixes throughout the platform.
