Turn Happy Customers into Google Reviews
When a customer leaves your best feedback rating after an event, Citrus can now point them straight to your Google review page. Add your Google review link under Settings → Event Settings → Feedback Settings, and the next time someone tells you their experience was great, leaving you a public review becomes the main thing they are invited to do.
It is entirely opt-in: leave the link blank and the feedback screen stays exactly as it is today. Customers who choose a lower rating are not sent to Google — they still get the comments box, so you hear what could be better directly.
Waitlists That Explain Themselves
Customers joining a waitlist are now told how that waitlist actually works, both on screen and in their confirmation email. If spots go to whoever claims them first, they are told to watch their inbox and be ready to sign up. If spots are offered in order, they are told it will come to them when it is their turn. And if you choose who to invite yourself, they know that too.
Families get a clear picture of what happens next, so fewer of them miss an opening — and fewer of them need to email you to ask.
Hand Your API Keys and Webhooks to an AI Assistant
When you create an API key or a webhook, there is now a Copy for AI agent button alongside the usual copy button. It copies the credential together with everything an AI assistant needs to start using it — where the Citrus API lives, how to sign in, and where to find the full reference — so you can paste it into your assistant of choice and get straight to building, rather than explaining the setup first.
A Better Dashboard on Your Phone
We worked through the dashboard at phone and tablet sizes and fixed the places where controls were hidden, clipped or only reachable by hovering a mouse. Taking attendance on a phone now shows the date and clearly labels every check-in, search is available from the mobile menu, the account menu opens with a single tap, and the inbox keeps its contact details, reply information and send status on smaller screens. Long names and titles now fit neatly on phones again, while information you need to read in full is never cut off.
A Faster Platform
This release continues our ongoing performance work. Contact and activity lists load noticeably faster, and the platform is steadier under busy periods.
Additional Improvements
- Clearer wording on the Credit Types page and settings, so it is easier to understand how session credit types work.
- Private booking pages no longer briefly show an empty state while options are still loading.
- Various stability improvements and bug fixes throughout the platform.
