This release introduces team permissions and roles, shared resource scheduling for appointments, and a new Acquisition tab for understanding where your registrations come from.
- Team permissions and roles with an access-aware dashboard
- Shared resource scheduling for appointments
- New Acquisition tab with more reliable attribution data
- French storefront language and customer emails
- Sold out and waitlist overlay images, and session credit type filtering
Team Permissions and Roles
You can now control exactly what each member of your team can see and do in Citrus. Roles are built from a full set of permissions covering events, registrations, contacts, marketing, finance and settings, and are assigned to each team member from your settings.
The dashboard respects those permissions throughout: sections a member can't access are hidden rather than shown and then refused, so each person sees a dashboard scoped to their actual job.
Team permissions are rolling out now — reach out if you'd like them enabled for your program.
Shared Resource Scheduling for Appointments
Appointments can now require a shared resource — a court, a field, a studio, a piece of equipment — and Citrus keeps two appointments from booking the same one at the same time. You define your resources once, attach the ones an appointment needs, and availability is calculated against them automatically.
Acquisition Reporting
The Marketing area has a new Acquisition tab showing where your registrations actually come from, broken down by source, medium and campaign over a date range you choose. It replaces the earlier Insights view with something faster and easier to read.
The data behind it is also more trustworthy this release. Automated traffic is now separated from real visitors, mobile sessions are attributed correctly, and Citrus's own links no longer overwrite the attribution a program earned from its own advertising.
French Storefronts and Emails
Programs serving French-speaking participants can now set their storefront language, with customer emails sent in French (fr-CA) to match. Set it once in your program settings and both follow.
Storefront Availability and Pricing
Several changes give you more control over how your storefront presents events and packages. You can upload your own sold-out and waitlist overlay images so a full event is unmistakable at a glance, and set program-level waitlist defaults so new registration options inherit them instead of being configured one at a time.
Participants can now filter sessions by credit type, so someone holding private-lesson credits sees only what those credits will book. Memberships can also display their full price rather than the monthly breakdown, if that suits how you'd rather present them.
Billing Email Address
Programs can now set a dedicated billing email address. Receipts and billing correspondence go there instead of defaulting to whoever originally created the program — so invoices reach your finance contact rather than sitting in a founder's inbox.
A Faster Storefront and Dashboard
This release continues our ongoing performance work across the platform. Both your storefront and your dashboard should feel noticeably quicker and more responsive, with pages appearing sooner and the areas you use most day to day loading faster.
Additional Improvements
This release also includes several other enhancements and fixes:
- Search now matches from the start of a word, so partial searches return the results you expect instead of incidental matches from the middle of longer words.
- Fixed rare cases where an event could be missing from your storefront listings.
- Importing attendees now asks you to confirm the date format instead of guessing each row's date of birth, so ambiguous dates no longer import incorrectly.
- Duplicating an event now resets registration option sale end dates that had already passed, and asks for the new dates before the registration options.
- Webhook endpoints re-enabled after being disabled now start from a clean failure count.
- Citrus admin accounts no longer count toward your team member limit.
- Accessibility improvements across the storefront and dashboard, including filter labels, link names and text contrast.
- Various stability improvements and bug fixes throughout the platform.
