This release introduces payment plans, gives you control over which sessions each credit package can book, and makes the dashboard noticeably faster and more accurate.
- Payment plans: split an order into scheduled installments
- Session credit types: control which sessions each credit package can book
- Campaign statistics are now faster and more accurate
- Activity, conversations, and reporting load significantly faster
- Clearer error messages when a bulk import fails
Payment Plans
Orders can now be paid over time. Instead of paying the full amount up front, customers can split a purchase into scheduled installments, with the remaining balance charged automatically on a schedule you control. Installments default to monthly, and plans work whether your pricing includes processing fees or adds them on top — the customer total stays accurate either way.
If an installment payment fails, it can be retried directly from the order rather than starting over, and memberships purchased on a plan activate as expected. Payment plans are rolling out now — reach out if you'd like them enabled for your program.
Session Credit Types
Session credit packages can now be limited to specific types of sessions. That means a package of private-lesson credits can no longer be redeemed against group training, camps, or anything else you didn't intend — each package spends only where you say it can.
Faster, More Accurate Campaign Statistics
Email campaign statistics have been overhauled. Messages the provider reports as delivered are now correctly counted as sent, orders containing multiple items are no longer double-counted in campaign revenue, and the statistics view loads dramatically faster for large campaigns.
A Faster Dashboard
Several of the most-used areas of the dashboard got significant performance work this release. The activity feed and notifications load much faster, the conversation list no longer slows down as your message history grows, and checkout is snappier for programs with many contacts.
Additional Improvements
This release also includes several other enhancements and fixes:
- Bulk import failures now produce clear, readable messages that tell you exactly which rows need fixing.
- Inbound email replies containing unsupported content (like Gmail reaction emojis) no longer fail to deliver.
- Fixed date inputs accepting more than four digits in the year and wiping partially typed dates.
- Past-due membership renewal orders can now be processed manually by staff.
- Fixed members-only registration options occasionally being blocked for eligible members.
- The account balance option at checkout no longer appears before the balance has loaded.
- Various stability improvements and bug fixes throughout the platform.
