We focused on improving experience and stability with bug fixes and adding features to help identify active contacts and attendees. Some of the key highlights of this release:
- Ability to archive attendees - Focus on active attendees by archiving, unarchiving, or filtering attendees by archived status
- Contact report enhancements - View and filter archived contacts in the contact report
Ability to archive attendees
As an organizer, we understand that your attendees get older every year and you may want to just focus on active attendees. You can now archive and unarchive attendees from your Manage Attendees page or directly from their Attendee Details page. You can also filter attendees by their archived status so that your team can identify those who are active or inactive.
For those that have opt'd in to view the report, the Attendee report can also help you focus on specific attendees. You can now filter the report by status, membership, gender, or organization.

Contact report enhancements
For those that have opt'd in to view the report, you can now identify archived and unarchived contacts in the Contact report. You can filter contacts by their archived status and ensure your report focuses on the contacts that are active.
