This release improves payments, registration reliability, and dashboard clarity, making it easier to complete purchases and understand errors.
- Improved payment processing and consistency across systems
- Better error visibility and clearer dashboard messaging
- Registration fixes for memberships, events, and redirects
- Consistent event timezone display in registration flows
Improved Payment Experience
Payments are now more reliable and consistent across the platform, with enhancements to processing logic and better handling of edge cases.
You’ll also see clearer error visibility for failed or unpaid orders, helping you quickly identify and resolve issues.
Better Dashboard Clarity
The dashboard now surfaces more detailed payment error information on unpaid orders, making it easier to understand what went wrong.
We’ve also improved labels and messaging when Stripe business information is missing, reducing confusion during checkout and management workflows.
Smoother Registration Flow
Registration has been improved across several areas, including more consistent event timezone display and better handling of membership-related flows.
A key enhancement in this release is support for hidden memberships. When a membership is not publicly visible, users attempting to register will now be directed to a contact form instead of a standard purchase flow. This allows programs to offer more selective or “invite-only” membership tiers, such as elite or curated offerings, while maintaining a controlled onboarding process.
Issues related to members-only events, missing membership requirements, and incorrect redirects (such as being sent to session credits instead of memberships) have also been resolved to create a more predictable experience.
