Pay with Your Wallet

Wallet payments are now supported, providing a faster and more convenient checkout experience for eligible purchases.

Customers of programs enrolled in our Wallets beta will now be able to select Apple/Google Pay during checkout.

We've also improved payment error handling, making payment issues easier to understand if something doesn't go as planned.

Faster Inbox Experience + Improved Filtering

The messaging experience has been significantly improved with a complete overhaul of inbox and conversation loading.

Navigating conversations is now faster and more responsive, making it easier to stay connected with participants and staff.

We also made some adjustments to how messages are filtered, so certain views (such as "inbox") should now behave as expected.

Greater Control with Team Permissions

New team permissions give organizations more control over what individual team members can access, making it easier to delegate responsibilities while maintaining appropriate security.

Enrol in our Team Permissions beta to manage which members of your team can process refunds, view financials, and more!

Searching for team members has also been improved with quick filters and enhanced tooltips to help administrators find information more efficiently.

Improved Reporting

The Sales Summary Report now includes Created By and Processed By columns, providing additional visibility into how sales were handled.

Performance has also been improved, allowing large sales reports to generate more quickly.

Smoother Registration and Checkout

Several improvements make registration and purchasing more reliable, including fixes for:

  • Incorrect subtotals appearing during checkout.
  • Rare cases where events could become overbooked.
  • Attendee searches displaying unrelated contacts during registration.
  • Address validation issues that could incorrectly report an address as unavailable.

Additional Improvements

This release also includes a variety of quality-of-life enhancements and reliability improvements, including:

  • Updated date of birth field styling for a cleaner registration experience.
  • Improved payment error messaging with duplicate error reasons removed.
  • Fixes for event limit overrides.
  • Improved background processing performance for faster system responsiveness.
  • Various stability improvements and bug fixes throughout the platform.
