Following our major rebrand, we're aiming to deliver some highly requested features to improve regular workflows in Citrus. Alongside various fixes and adjustments, in this release:
- Reports – Request large reports by email
- Attendees – Clarify hidden not-enrolled attendees
Reports
Emailed reports
Our team has taken various steps to ensure that reports are generally processed and delivered quickly, however for rare extremely large reports, there is the potential for data processing to take some time. To help overcome this, we have added an option to receive reports via email! This way, reports can be requested at any time and they will be delivered automatically as soon as they finish processing. In addition to this, some programs may find this useful for forwarding financial reports directly to relevant departments which may not otherwise need access to Citrus.

Attendees
Clearer display
We previously added an option to un-enroll attendees from specific programs in order to give parents control over their attendees' privacy. We found this occasionally led to confusion when those attendees were missing from registration forms. We've added additional clarifications when there are hidden attendees, and we hope this banner will ensure customers have a clean and clear registration experience.
