We have some membership enhancement to help with the ever changing times. Some of the key highlights of this release:
- More control duplicating events - Customize event details when duplicating an event
- Discontinue packages - Discontinue a membership or session package
- New exclusive events - Only allow customers with a membership to register for event
- New membership details - Advertise specific perks for different membership packages
- Purchase membership enhancements - View membership pricing options by billing period
- Inbox & communication release - Inbox and communication tools are now out of beta

More control duplicating events
If you run a youth program that has repeatable events month, you may be a power user of our duplicate events feature. We understand the extra steps to bulk edit is not ideal, so we added the ability to edit venues, prices and more fields when duplicating.
New exclusive events
You may want to create more opportunities for your members and only open registration for those with a membership.
These events will appear as "Members Only" and will restrict registering to only attendees with an active membership. To prevent creating more orders, customers can also purchase a membership at the same time as the registration.

Discontinue packages
We understand that your business may change and sometimes so do the services you offer. That's why we are adding the ability to discontinue a membership or session package. Your existing customers can continue to pay for discontinued membership package on active memberships, however customers will be unable to start a new membership of the discontinued type.
New membership details
Incentivizing customers to purchase memberships can be hard when they may not know of the additional benefits you may offer to your members. That's why we added the ability to add a description to your membership package.
You can provide a list or text block of the services formatted in whatever way you like.

Purchase membership enhancements
We have made some enhancements to help you encourage customers to opt in for your annually membership packages. We now break up you membership packages by their billing periods so that you customers can easily distinguish between the different periods. We also assist in calculating the amount saved per session in the case that there is a discount to purchase a larger billing period.
