Happy December! We’re thrilled to bring you a fresh set of updates designed to make your experience with Citrus even better.

  • Attendee Privacy - Attendees can now be enrolled/unenrolled in specific programs
  • Timezone Enhancements - Calendar view should be much clearer in different timezones
  • Product Promotions - Promotions in emails, tailored to the customer

Enrolling and Unenrolling

You can now enroll or unenroll attendees in individual programs. This ensures your CRM only displays attendees actively interested in your program’s offerings. This feature is particularly useful for customers who engage with multiple programs through Citrus.

On the Dashboard, unenrolled attendees will appear as archived entries. You can confirm an attendee’s unenrollment by checking their most recent activity log.

Attendees can be enrolled or unenrolled at any time, and when first signing up for a new program, customers can choose which attendees they'd like to enroll. Unenrolling will remove all personal information attached to the attendee, as well as prevent any new registrations or purchases for that attendee for that particular program.

Timezone Enhancements

Calendar View

The calendar view is now smarter and more adaptable to different timezones! Events and dates will display accurately regardless of timezone differences. Additionally, a new toggle allows users to seamlessly switch between their local timezone and the program’s timezone.

Product Promotions

Email Promotions

For customers in our Products and Promotions Beta, emails just got a whole lot smarter! Order receipts and event feedback emails will now include product promotions. This change is designed to boost product visibility and create additional value for your programs and customers.

Tailored Promotions

We’ve gone a step further by tailoring promotions to individual customers. This means customers receive recommendations for products they’ll be more interested in, making your promotions more effective and driving higher engagement and satisfaction.
