As the summer begins to come to an end, we have made some great progress on delivering appointments. Some of the key highlights of this release:
- Booking appointment as parent - Finally parents can book a time and work within your times and schedule training.
- Reschedule an appointment - Be more flexible and easily reschedule an appointment for an attendee
Events
Booking appointment as parent
Available for current beta users, we have made it easier to manage bookable training for your one-on-one training, consultations and equipment bookings. Now parents can book directly for available times on your published appointment types. It will automatically create the event and registration and add it to your calendar. If you have published appointment types, your customers can access them by clicking the link at the top:
- "Individual Training" for sports programs
- "Individual Instruction" for education programs
- "Individual Activities" for other programs
They can search through upcoming dates and select a time that works best for them. The registration process works exactly the same as the traditional registration flow.
Reschedule an appointment
To easily allow your customers to be more flexible, we've added the ability to reschedule an appointment for an attendee. Available for current beta users, you should be able to select reschedule to select a new date or time.
