Free Billing

Memberships previously required some associated cost. Following requests from our users, this restriction has now been removed and $0 membership billing is now available! We hope this will improve your workflows and enable greater customizability, giving the freedom required to design your offerings how you choose to. Hidden Memberships

Another highly requested feature was hidden memberships! We often saw this functionality requested for users who want to offer "elite" level memberships/offers to only certain bespoke customers. This was previously attainable by discontinuing and recontinuing memberships, but hidden memberships should allow this workflow to be much smoother. If a membership is hidden it won't be shown on the storefront, but customers can still process orders containing hidden memberships. A program can simply create an order and add the membership on the customer's behalf, or just share a link to the hidden membership's "add to cart" page.

Customer Communications

Email Notices

We've made some minor adjustments to the language of our email notices in order to prevent confusion. This update simply increases clarity and should help to prevent any confusion as to why a customer is receiving communications from a given program.
