Performance Improvements

We recently noticed event loading would occasionally run slow for programs with a lot of events and complex filters. After investigating this performance degradation, we were able to massively overhaul how we load our events, resulting in up to 89x performance improvement! This adjustment was aimed at making storefront event loading feel much better, but the benefit is also felt in the dashboard with near instant event loading! We're actively monitoring other sources of long loading and hope to deliver similar massive performance overhauls in future updates.

Financials

Reports

Following requests for some report adjustments, we've made a couple of modifications. Some reports will now have currency columns separated from dollar values, making these easier to parse and filter using programs like Excel. We've also added a missing "Not Included Fees" column to the payout reconciliation report to help gather meaningful totals, as well as verifying all of the totals shown to ensure there are no discrepancies. These adjustments are minor, but we hope this will help programs be confident with their numbers and easily extract any data they might need.

Private Bookings

Various Fixes

This release includes fixes for some venue issues related to private bookings. There should no longer be any issues switching between online or in person venues, and venues should no longer be overwritten when trying to save. Alongside this, we took some steps to improve the display of appointment summaries on large displays to ensure customers are more easily able to find the information they need at a glance.
