Our focus these past few weeks was improving customer relation features and communication tools. Some of the key highlights of this release:

Contact
Redesigned page
We understand that can be a lot of information that you need to have visible when looking at your customers. We have redesigned our contact page to allow for all of your information to be ready at a glance. We are also now including your custoemr's payment methods and their recent activity.

Managing your contact details
For your contacts that have not connected an account, you may now update the contact information associated to the contact.

We also now allow you to add custom properties only visible to you and your team.

Notes
Add/removing notes
We understand that there is plenty going on that happens outside of Citrus, we hope to help keep your team in the loop and store notes related to customers, attendees and orders. These notes are kept private for you and your team only.

Pinning notes
If you have important information that should be highlighted, you can pin one note to be visible on the customer, attendee or order.

Mentioning team members in notes
Mention your team member's name to notify them about this note.

Manual registration improvements
Orders no longer need to match the customer's email
An occurrence that we noticed is that a customer may sign up with a different email than from the one provided in the manual registration. This was leading to customers unable to view their order on their Citrus account. Now their account will be automatically connected when they follow the link to complete an order no matter what email you invite them to join.
Fixed miscalculations on non-Citrus orders
We resolved some issues with the calculations with non-Citrus orders (ie. Cash, Invoice, etc...). It appeared that there was fees on the order, however we were never collecting any fees. You should now see proper totals on past and any new orders that reflect the amount collected.
