We have been listening to your requests and delivered a jammed pack release for you. Some of the key highlights of this release:
- Change customer password - Customer can now update their passwords for their account
- New report filters - Filter the sales item report by product and product type
- Reply to email - Allow customers to get in contact with you with
- Event default improvements - Configure your default sales end date relative to your event
Customer profile
Change customer password
Your customers can keep their account secure by changing their password when they think it might be compromised. To change your password, they must enter your old password to ensure that it is them.

Financials
New report filters
We add more filtering to the sales item report to assist you with finding the items that your are searching for. You can now search for events, memberships packages, and sessions packages.

Inbox
Reply to email
For those that have opt'd in for the communications beta, customers can now reply to emails sent to them in their own email clients. Your team will be notified and you can see the reply in the Inbox.

We are actively looking to make creating and publishing your events easier so that you spend your time where it really matters.

You can default sales end date relative to event:
- 1 month prior
- 1 week prior
- 3 days prior
- 1 day prior
- Same day
- End of event
