In the second release of the month, we are excited to share with you some new features that will help manage your appointments and have more control over feedback to Citrus. Some of the key highlights of this release:
- Update your types of appointments - keep your different types of appointments up to date or change existing information
- View appointment registrations - view upcoming and past registrations for each type of appointments
- Send feedback for events - send out feedback emails for completed events
Events
Update your types of appointments
For those that have opt'd into the appointments beta, you can now access the details of each type of appointments to ensure they are always kept up to date. Also, you can update existing information including the schedule for the event, frequency of registrations, and all other relevant data.

View appointment registrations
In addition to updating your different types of appointments, you can now view all associated registrations for each type. We know you may want to focus on specific registrations so we have added the ability to filter by upcoming, past, and specific dates.

Send feedback for events
This release we are eager to share the ability to manually send feedback emails for an individual event. On an event's details page, select Send Feedback to send emails to each contact which asks about their attendee's experience at the event. Any event that hasn't already sent feedback, is in the past, and contained some registrations is eligible for this feature.
