We focused on fixing some bugs and taking the first step into providing discounts. Some of the key highlights of this release:
- New discount feature - Apply discounts to order as an organizer
- Session credit enhancement - Set an exact expiration date when adding session credits
- Update refund details - Change payment method of refund when you make a mistake
- Stay notified on new attendees - Notify team members of a new attendee when they join
Financials
New discount feature
Incentivizes your customers to make their purchase by providing them discounts on your products. For those that have opt'd into the discount beta, you can now apply both fixed and percent coupons to your order. You can add coupons when editing an order or when processing the order.

You can share coupons by appending ?discount=YOURCODEHERE to any shared link and it will automatically apply to their next order. Your customers can also apply coupon codes during checkout.

Session credit enhancement
We have listened to your request, and now allow you to set a custom expiry date on the session credits that you add to your customer's accounts. Simply select "On custom date" to pick the date that you want the credits to expiry on.

Update refund details
We understand that mistakes happen and you may have entered a refund payment method or refund reason incorrectly. We have introduce a new flow that allows you fix those mistakes and enter the correct values. If the refund method was not online payment, you can change the refund method to another method. In the case that you are changing from or to account balance, the customer's account balance will be adjusted accordingly.
