We are excited to share that we have made some strides with our CRM and managing your store front. Some of the key highlights of this release:
- Quick event filters - Help your customers find the events they are looking for.
- Easier session registration - Improvements to allow customers to register for multiple sessions
- New contact import - Import and invite a customer to join your program
Contacts
Invite a customer to join your program
Invite your customers to create an account with Citrus so that you can create orders associated with their account.

Import contacts through entry or file
We understand that you may have many customers that need to be onboarded onto Citrus, we have added support to import a CSV file or copy and paste the information to be added to your contacts. All contacts require an email and first name, but you can map any other additional fields with our quick mapping tool.

Camps & sessions
Allow customer to filter events by tags
Help your customers quickly find your event with tags. In the Description tab, you can now add tags that be associated to the event.

Similar to other filters, customers can search for events by filtering by tags.

Redesigned manual registration
We have redesigned our manual registration flow to match our new contact import flow. We focused on making sure that the flow is very clear and can support both new and existing customers.

Quick filters
Group sets of events with our new quick filters feature. This feature best pairs with the new tags filter and allows you to put customer names for filters.

Group sets of events with our new quick filters feature. This will automatically apply the filter that is configured within your dashboard.

Registration improvements
The first improvement that we'd like to share is that we've update the information on camp and session cards to reduce the amount of effort to view the date and time of the event. Customers can now view the day of the week, the date and the time of the event from your program's store front.

We also improved the session registration flow by adding a button to register for another camp or sessions. We hope to allow your customers to quickly register for all the sessions they need quickly.

Our storefront will also remember customer's filters and last explored date on the week view so that they can quickly checkout each event without the need to reapply the filters.
