We have made some improvements to boost productivity and keep a clean CRM. Some of the key highlights of this release:
- View notifications - View past notifications and see what you've missed
- Merge duplicate attendees - Ensure your attendee list is clean by merging duplicates

View notifications
We understand the challenge of knowing what happened since you've last visited Citrus. That is why we've added a quick way to check on your dashboard to see all of your notifications. You can manage what you've read and archive irrelevant notifications so you can know what needs a follow up or not.

Attendees
Merge duplicate attendees
Duplicate information is bound to happen especially when you have thousands of customer data in Citrus. To avoid confusion with duplicate attendees, we've added a quick and easy way to merge attendee information into a single attendee. This will merge all the registrations, memberships, session credits and activity into another attendee. It is worth noting that you can only merge non-connected attendee information into an another attendee.
