Citrus Update: View Failed Payment Reasons

Has a customer's payment method failed? Are they frustrated and emailing you at all hours of the night wondering why their payment didn't go through? Are you curious and determined to find out why this has happened? Citrus' newest feature is definitely for you! Some of the key highlights of this release:

View the reason of a failed payment - view the attempted payment method and cause of a customer's failed payment

In addition to seeing improved error messages when processing a payment that fails, you will now see a full list of failed payments relating to the order on the order's detail page. Your customer will also be able to see the failed payments relating to their orders.
