Managing Coupon Codes

Coupons can be a fantastic way to show appreciation to your customers! Citrus provides a variety of choices when it comes to crafting coupons, ensuring that they are tailored to your specific program and promotions. 🏷️

Creating a Coupon

1. Click Financials on the lefthand panel
2. Select Coupons
3. Click Create Coupon

Coupons are a great way to reward customers! In Citrus, coupons can be applied to any order to create a discount. 🏷️🤑

Steps to Applying a Coupon

• Click Financials on the lefthand panel
• Either select Create Order or select the order you want to apply a discount to

• Coupons can only discount orders with a ‘created’ status.

• Select Add coupon found above the order totals
• Start searching for the ‘discount’ code for the coupon
• Select the coupon you want to apply
• If you wish to add another coupon code, select Add another coupon

NOTE: if the discount appears as $0.00, please check that there are items in the order and that all coupon requirements and restrictions have been met.
