Transferring Attendee Registrations

When a customer accidentally registers for the wrong camp or session, you can simply transfer their registration to another camp or session!

How to Transfer a Registration

Go to your Events page
Find the camp or session that your customer would like to be transferred out of
Find the attendee's name and click the 3 dots on the right-hand side
Click Transfer
Search for the camp or session that they would like to attend
Click Transfer
