Updating Password/Unlocking Citrus Account
Help article on updating Citrus account password as a customer or an organizer, and unlocking an account that is locked due to too many login attempts.
Can't sign in, have a locked account, or forget your password? Here's how to get your account back!
Steps:
Go to the login page
Click " forget password? "
Type in your email
Do not copy and paste, spaces will not be read
Check your email inbox to find Reset your password
Follow the link
Type in your new password and confirm your new password
Click change password
Log in with your new password
Changing your Password
If you need to change your password, there are different options available depending on whether you are a customer or an organizer. Citrus takes security seriously and offers easy steps to keep your account safe. And if you ever need help accessing your account, Citrus has your back with account recovery options.
Change Password as a Customer
If you know your Citrus Password, but want to change it:
Click on your profile in the top right
Click on Account
Click Change Password
Add your current password, and then add your new password
Change Password as an Organizer
If you know your Citrus Password, but want to change it:
Hover on your account in the bottom lefthand corner
Click Citrus Settings
Under 'Your Account, click Change Password
Add your current password, and then add your new password
If you have forgotten your password:
Click Sign in/Sign up in the top right
Once on the login page, click Forgot Password?
NOTE: your recovery link is only available for a limited time. You may need to repeat this step if you do not complete it in time.
